These policies guide our entire hospital and each time you have the new version up within minutes of my sending it. Your promptness and attention to detail is so very important. I really appreciate the fact that you have updated our policies even when I had sent them after hours. We really appreciate your dedication.
V. Roper - Institutional Policies and Procedures St. Jude CRH - I really appreciate your way of making things right before they go wrong. Your editing skills have gone a long way towards our deptartment's smooth sailing. In fact, you give “life” to your department. When ever the others in the past have worked on our media presentations or any of our projects, it is so sterile, so…, well, I always felt you were concerned about my job and making all of us look the best we can.

I appreciate all of the extra hard work that you have done and your friendly attitude. You saved us so much work doing your own editing and giving us great ideas that now make our site look great. We now have one of the best sites on campus thanks to your hard work.
C.P. Simmons - Bioresources Mgr. Animal Resources St. Jude CRH - Ive enjoy your witty responses and excellent work. You kept us organized and on track with patient ed!! We have had so many updates to our site and you get them all done quickly sometimes within minutes. Your predecessors generally gave us the day or two brush off and that put a real hamper in our ability to keep our patients up to date on the most recent materials that they desperately need. I appreciate your committment and dedication to the misssion of our hospital. Without question you "get it."
A. Heuttel - Patient Education St. Jude CRH - I always know when I send in requests that you will handle it quickly and accurately. I never worry that my requests would be lost in the shuffle of all the other requests you receive. My biggest pet peeve is having to follow up on work requests and I never worry about that with you, they are usually done within an hour of my request, at the latest the same business day.
